Kalby Consulting Group (KCG), LLC was founded and is operated by Kraig Kalby, Marine Corps veteran. He founded KCG after working with start-ups and seeing the need for staffing and talent recruiting services for rapidly growing businesses.

It is critical that the entrepreneur or visionary has an integrator to provide structure and build a foundation that supports growth. Furthermore, I found myself providing leadership and management coaching to small business owners in need of a sounding board to navigate operational pain points and business relationships.

As a first step, KCG provides a no-cost consultation with our potential clients. In this first meeting, we get to know you and your needs. If a company decides to move forward with our services, we provide estimates of our pricing and timeline so you can feel comfortable knowing we will deliver the results your company needs.
